75 Corvette No Power To Fuse Box

A couple of days ago i go out than turn the ignition to show a friend the radio and it has no power. Chevrolet corvette 2006 2008 fuse box diagram. Now that i had perfect lights all the way around my dad pushed in on a turn signal bulb with the lights on and cut out the power to the whole car i checked for power at the pwr terminal on the fuse box nothing fuse is fine but the prongs have no power to them help plz.
